Editors comment: Once again Bill & Carol were judged by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter team to be amoung the finalists with yet another wonderfull display. The photo does not capture their exhibition well. I particularly liked the set of reindeer & sleigh on their roof and the way they have used rope lights to create shapes.
