CHRISTMAS LIGHTS COMPETITION Finalists
The Hill/Mason Family of 26 Carawa St Wangi NSW were worthy finalists in the Santas Warehouse Christmas Lights competition in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie NSW for each of 2008, 2009, and again in 2010
Hill/Mason Family of 26 Carawa St Wangi
The Mason Family together with Daughter Corein Hill and her family have been decorating the Mason family residence at 26 Carawa St Wangi for quite some years now and the house is well known locally attracting huge crowds at Christmas time.
The Mason/Hill Family Residence was judged by the Staff at The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service to be the amoung the finalists in the Santas Warehouse Christmas Lights competition again for 2010 after being there also in 2008 and 2009 as finalists. The Family must also be congratulated for the exemplorary efforts as prolific funds raisers for the Westpac Rescue Helicoipter collecting donations and also selling multiple raffle ticket books.
What a close competition. The Westpac rescue Helicopter Service judging team found it so hard to pick the eventual winner for 2010 that they had to bring in an extra judge to rescore & rejudge in order to determine the eventual winner.
